Women’s Beach Workout – Hayle, Cornwall

The Follow Me Fitness Beach Workout takes place on the beach at Hayle – the exact location depending on the tide.
You will be sure to feel comfortable exercising outside as the session is based around great camaraderie and support. The session is and at times challenging – depending on the needs of the group and you can be sure that your fitness is in great hands as we focus on learning great technique.
Each workout is different and uses body weight, the natural features of the beach and Sandpacs designed by Follow Me Fitness to improve your fitness, but above all, make you feel great. You will surprise yourself in how far you come in a short time.

The session is available in six week blocks, this ensures that I get to know you and the group so that I can programme exactly the right workouts!
