As the weather is so changeable at this time of year and we are still waiting for the clocks to change, I’ve added an indoor session – Strength and Stretch.
Perranporth (Promenade Room) begins on Thursday 15 February at 7-8pm
Strength and Stretch is a series of workouts designed to improve strength, flexibility and balance using body weight, mini balls and bands. We will also develop our technique to ensure that you always work out in the best possible way.
The session is suitable for all levels, if you want to improve your fitness indoors or start being more active. But it is also great if you have a good level of fitness or are a regular runner and need to spend some time improving your flexibility and strength to avoid injury.

The class is available as a drop in session, £6.50 for the remaining sessions.
*Please note that if you already have a Class Pass for the Beach workout, I have had to take into account additional costs for the studio. If you would like to use your Class Pass, the charge for Strength and Stretch is £1.
