Original Beach Workout Autumn Programme

The Follow Me Fitness Original Beach Workout Autumn Programme 2017 begins on Sunday 10 September, so that you feel great and have more strength and energy by Christmas.

You will always have a full body workout when you join the Original Beach Workout, but for 15 weeks from Sunday 10 September – Sunday 17 December we will spend 3 weeks (sessions) focusing on each the following as the basis of our workout. There will also be a free downloadable workout to go with each section!

Upper body strength (weeks 1-3: September 10, 17 and 24) 

These workouts will include lots of upper body work which will feed into how toned you feel in your shoulders, back and abs. Including functional movements and work to improve your posture.

Improved cardio capacity (weeks 4-6: October 1, 8 and 15)

We’ll use intervals and higher intensity training to improve your capacity for cycling, running and walking up hills.

Stronger core (weeks 7-9: October 22, 29 and November 5)

Not just about abs, a strong core is the foundation of all exercise.

Agility and balance (weeks 10-12: November 12, 19 and 26)

We will look at balance, not just in the physical sense (such as being more steady on your feet), but also balance throughout our body as we think about our more dominant and less dominant sides.

Lower body strength (weeks 13-15: December 3, 10 and 17)

Big muscles in our lower body work hard and help to improve circulation and metabolism when we train them to become more efficient.

You can always join the Original Beach Workout when it suits you, but if you commit to the full programme then you can be sure that your new year will be off to a great start!
