Split lunge using Nordic Walking polesNordic Fitness Walks are hour long sessions that include simple body weight exercises using the poles as well as a Nordic Walk. These walks are suitable for all ages and will be tailored to everyone taking part.

Leg extension using Nordic Walking polesYou’ll improve your strength and balance as well as your overall fitness, and the best thing is that we are outside, on the beach, in the dunes and walking the wonderful Cornish countryside which is guaranteed to make you feel good!

You can easily book Nordic Fitness Walks online, simply visit the shop and select Fitness Walk (with pole hire) or Fitness Walk (without pole hire) if you have your own! Each session is £7 including pole hire, or £6 if you have your own.

To get the most out of this session it is essential that you have attended one of our Nordic Walking Beginners Workshops. This 90 minute workshop covers all of the basics of the Nordic Walking technique and gives you a flavour of how you can advance with it.

The Beginners Workshop also includes a walk so that you can put everything into practise. It will help you use the poles in the best way to have the maximum benefit and enable you to go out Nordic Walking on your own as well as taking part in organised Nordic Walks.
