Winter is a great excuse to buy some new fitness gear so that you can enjoy your favourite activities all year round. Invest in a wind cheater style top, some gloves to look after your hands, a buff for your ears or a cool new beanie and if you love the water then a winter wetsuit.
Winter is also a great time to plan a weekend adventure break with friends when accommodation is cheaper – you’ll get your fresh air fix and spend quality time with your buddies!
Remember the reward is the great feeling you have in the shower when you get home or relaxing in a cosy pub!
