The workouts I design for pregnancy fitness have a flavour of the type of lifestyle fitness training I love to do – adapted for pre and post natal women. The sessions are designed to make you feel good. The workouts will help you to be stronger and take into account the kinds of functional movement you will do with your child every day. Most of all, the sessions are also designed to relieve stress and tension while being fun and supportive.
Classes are either 1-1 or in a small group so that you always feel looked after.
