While I have previously completed pre and post natal fitness instructor training, in November I am going to make sure my knowledge is both current and forward thinking when I complete a course in Modern Pregnancy Fitness with leading pregnancy fitness expert, Jenny Burrell.
Most of the pregnancy fitness classes available locally in Cornwall are focused on yoga or pilates. I will complement this by offering fitness sessions to women who enjoy being active but need to adapt what they do while they are pregnant and recently post natal, to be fit for motherhood and strong and confident for themselves.
Active Mamas sessions will be bookable in a block or available as 1-1 Personal Training.
