The focus of Nathalie’s style of personal training is around inspiring confidence to pursue your own fitness journey and improving motivation to help you to achieve your goals. This could be towards joining a class or sport you’ve always wanted to try, developing a strategy for a healthy lifestyle, or help you train towards an event. Pre and post natal personal training is also available.
Personal Training is a personal thing, so after meeting you in person for an initial consultation to discuss your needs and goals, you can decide if it is still the right approach for you – if you feel the rapport is right to work together.
